Chatting Battery is a plugin for Expressivo and IVONA Rrader applications made by IVO Software. It can be used in portable computers ie laptops. It has no application as far as stationary computers go. Plugin job is to inform us, users, about the period of time that we can spend working on batteries. It can, taking over the guarding function from Windows energy-meter, warn the user against low or critical level of battery power and, if necessary, make computer go into the state of hibernation. Main task of the plugin is to, via Expressivo, give current level of battery power and the period of time that we can spend working with this level of energy. All announcements given by the plugin are provided in vocal form, Announcements about low and critical level apart from vocal form appears in the shape of pop-up window as well. User can freely modify vocal announcements so that they better suit his needs. We advise to turn off all these alarms in Windows energy-meter that apply to battery.
